The FIS4 SELL-W Wavefront sensor boasts a plug-and-play design, seamlessly compatible with both near-infrared and LED white light spectrum illumination. Its innovative imaging methodology circumvents the need for labeling or staining, enabling in vivo 3D imaging at впечатляющий frame rates of up to 24 frames per second. Effortlessly integrating with any optical microscope, it delivers real-time measurements of the 3D phase distribution of target cells. Furthermore, the sensor facilitates the assessment of cell volume and weight. This BOJIONG sensor emerges as an indispensable tool for label-free 3D live cell detection, biological tissue analysis, germ cell investigation, and micro/nano structure characterization.

BOJIONG FIS4 SELL-W Wavefront sensor developed by a team of professors from Zhejiang University and Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, utilizes domestic patented technology and combines diffraction and interference to achieve common four-wave transverse shear interference. The sensor has superior detection sensitivity and anti-vibration performance, and can achieve real-time high-speed dynamic interference measurement without vibration isolation. The real-time measurement shows a frame rate of more than 10 frames per second. In addition, the FIS4 sensor has an ultra-high phase resolution of 512×512 (260,000 phase points), the measurement band covers 400nm to 1100nm, the measurement sensitivity reaches ≤2nm, and the measurement repeatability is better than 1/1000λ (RMS). It is suitable for laser beam quality analysis, plasma flow field detection, high-speed flow distribution field real-time measurement, optical system image quality evaluation, microscopic profile measurement, quantitative quantitative analysis. Biological cell phase imaging.
