BOJIONG Transient Flow-field Interferometer developed by a team of professors from Zhejiang University and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, this technology is patented in China and utilizes the principles of diffraction and interference to achieve advanced four-wave lateral shear interferometry. It boasts excellent detection sensitivity and anti-vibration performance, allowing for real-time and high-speed dynamic interferometric measurements without the need for vibration isolation, with a frame rate exceeding 10 frames per second.
The FIS4 sensor is renowned for its ultra-high phase resolution of 512×512 (reaching 260,000 phase points). It has a broad measurement range, from 200 nanometers to 15 micrometers, with a measurement sensitivity of up to 2 nanometers, and a measurement repeatability better than 1/1000λ (RMS). These features make the FIS4 sensor widely applicable in various fields, including laser beam quality analysis, plasma flow field detection, real-time monitoring of high-speed flow field distribution, image quality assessment of optical systems, microscopic profile measurement, and quantitative phase imaging of biological cells.
