In BOJIONG Portable 3D Micro-morphology Detector inspection, This inspection system is equipped with an advanced dual-camera imaging technology. A high-resolution microscopic lens is specifically designed to identify scratch defects on the surface of optical components and to perform precise measurements of width, depth, and surface roughness. The imaging camera has a wide field of view, enabling rapid identification and measurement of the width of surface defects. Meanwhile, a high-precision digital wavefront interferometric sensor is capable of accurately analyzing the depth of scratches in three dimensions. The system also features 3D guide adjustment along the XYZ axes, as well as pitch and yaw adjustment capabilities, ensuring precise alignment of the target with the equipment's detection optical axis. Moreover, the system is designed to be mounted on a tripod to accommodate various detection targets, including large-aperture light windows and large optical elements, and can be adjusted for inspection in any direction. The common-path interferometric technology used provides excellent vibration resistance and external interference immunity, making it particularly suitable for precise measurement and detection in environments such as workshops and outdoors. The surface shape detection interferometer and microstructure detection profilometer developed by our company using this interferometric sensor have been successfully applied in various fields, with a detection accuracy comparable to that of Zygo interferometers.
