Developed by a team of professors from Zhejiang University and Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, the BOJIONG Bio-Plug Play camera for quantitative phase imaging leverages domestic patented technology to achieve common four-wave transverse shear interference through the combination of diffraction and interference. This camera offers exceptional detection sensitivity and anti-vibration capabilities, facilitating real-time and high-speed dynamic interferometry without the need for vibration isolation, with real-time measurements displaying a frame rate of over 10 frames per second.
The FIS4 sensor integrated into this camera provides an ultra-high phase resolution of 512×512, equating to 260,000 phase points, and covers a measurement band from 200nm to 15μm. It boasts a measurement sensitivity of 2nm and a repeatability of better than 1/1000λ (RMS). This camera is well-suited for applications including laser beam quality analysis, plasma flow field detection, real-time high-speed flow field distribution measurement, evaluation of optical system image quality, microscopic profile measurement, and quantitative phase imaging of biological cells.
